Monk doesn't mix that well with kineticist because it needs monk levels to increase unarmed fist damage. Kineticist needs their levels to increase blasting damage. The only way to fly is the usual monk dip here which is mainly so you can activate crane stance and get a lot of defense for 1 level cost ....
